Driving Directions:

From Monticello and West: Take US Highway 24 East to Lake Cicott, (Approx. 10 miles) Then follow the signs.

From Logansport and the East: Take US Highway 24 West to Highway 35. Go North on Highway 35 to County Road 200 North. Turn Left (West), Continue West for 4 miles, to our entrance.

Hours of Operation

Winter: (September 1 - May 31) - WEEKENDS: 9:00am until 5:00 MONDAY THRU FRIDAY: By Appointment Only, Please Call)
Closed - Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Summer: (June 1 - August 31) - 9:00am until 6:00pm, 7 days a week.

Trail Ride Offerings

Basic Trail Ride, approximately 30 minutes, $15.00/person.
Extended Trail Ride, 45-60 minutes, $20.00/person.
Semi-Advanced and Advanced Trail Rides, 20-30 minutes, $30.00/person.

PONY PARTIES!!!

CountryTime Pony Rides - Girl on Pony - Pony Rides in NJ Pony Rides in New Jersey How about one or two PONIES for your next party! Great fun for birthdays, reunions, youth groups, company picnics, etc. When you are planning your next gathering... Don't forget the Ponies!!

We will deliver clean, well behaved, healthy ponies to your gathering, saddled and ready to ride. We will also provide basic riding information about the ponies when we drop them off. Ponies will be picked up 3 hours after they are delivered.

Cost: Within 25 mile radius of Crooked Creek Trails,

1 Pony $200.00 2 Ponies: $300.00. Wrangler (if desired) $50.00

Mileage: $3.50 per mile for mileage over 50 miles round trip.

Outfitter Rides

Want to ride but don't know how?

For only $35.00 per lesson, our trainers can provide you with everything you need to safely enjoy trail riding and even basic horse care! Each lesson lasts about 40 minutes, and prices quoted are per person. We have group rates available, depending on the number of participants and the extent of the material to be covered.

Pony Rides

For our younger riders, (ages 3-6 years), their parent(s) can lead their child on a pony in a round pen at a cost of $10.00/child.

Requirements and Other Information

Children must be at least age 6 and be able to understand giving a horse directions before they can ride trail alone, otherwise they must ride tandem with an adult. Helmets must be worn at all times while on horseback or within close proximity to a horse for children age 12 and under.

We appreciate reservations, but groups of six (6) or more riders at one time must be arranged in all cases.

One or more of our guides (depending on group size) must accompany all trail rides, there are no exceptions to this rule.

We are now accepting reservations for primitive camping during the summer months. You bring the hot dogs and we provide the fire. Keep the mood going on into the evening by having your own sing-a-long and marshmallow roast or count the stars before making a wish on that shooting star. Ride with us for a 10% discount when you camp on Scout Island (Not Valid With Any Other Offer). For more information about Scout Island, please visit our Activities page.
